Bad experience
Can't open the app on samsung a21s . Keep crushing .!! Hopefully they will release an update to solve this software problem.
Doesn't even let me open the app, it closes itself instantly after 1 second, Huawei Mate 20 Android 10.0, No root no developer mode activated.
Love the company and the concept of this but can't get past the lack of notifications. if someone writes anything or messages me, the phone should notify me. I can't keep going into the app wondering what I've missed it wasting my time because I'm checking but nothing new was posted. Can't keep missing comments and messages. Even an icon and sound with no message or sender would be ok. 5-star app when notifications work.
yo how r u complaining about notifications? thats funny as that would defeat the purpose, of the program.if you want notifications on a subpar secure system get telegram...bruh your local pd can hack that.. semaphor? no. you are misunderstanding the purpose of the tool itself if you want unrestricted pinging etc(sorry not a pro like some yall) to your device face from a respondee. your inconvenience is the-specific-draw of spideroaks product.Dear spideroak/security heros et all-plz dont change<3
No notifications? A little odd for a messaging app. UI is not the most intuitive I've seen either. Add notifications and I'm willing to switch to it for my secure chats.

Whilst trying to set recovery key, which it did generate, there was no further button to confirm I had indeed stored said key. Baffled!!
It is an app that seems like the very first attempt of a prototype, long before QA ever gets involved and even longer before beta testers report one of the most annoying and unintuitive interfaces, ever, making it an annoyance to use, so uninstalled again
I like the app, but there is no way that I can see to password protect it. There are also zero notifications when you receive a message.
